What is a Challenge?

A challenge is a daily commitment for a number of days to learn and ingrain new habits. It combines:


1) Learning

2) Consistent practice

3) Reflection

4) Accountability and experience sharing


It's proven by research to be a more effective form of learning than conventional learning methods. That's what makes our learning model and the impact of this course so unique!

It feels like a lot of work to do! Can I really have time for this?

The challenge only requires 20-30mins of your time daily. You decide the moment of the day that you would like to allocate for the challenge and that's it!

Where will the challenge take place?

The challenge is entirely virtual. Upon registration, you get access to the learning portal with content released day by day. You will receive a reminder over email each day to review the challenge for each day and implement it.


You are also added to our community on WhatsApp where you can ask questions anytime and a coach will answer your question; or read the experience of other participants.

How much time should I commit per day for the challenge?

15-20mins each day is sufficient to digest the content of the challenge and devise the plan to implement it.


The actual implementation of the challenge each day is embedded in your daily routine, in such a way that you don't need to commit additional time to include the insights from the challenge in your day-to-day.

What is different for VIP participants?

In addition to group learning, VIPs have a 1:1 60-mins coaching to go design their roadmap to consistent productivity for the long run.
